An announcement
I’m finished my thesis.
It’s done. It’s printing as I type.
Yeah, you heard me right… it’s done.
Holy crap.
The last two words are “epistemological lunacy”. How cool is that?
YES!!!! It’s DONE!!!
That’s all for now.

Congratulations! As I was told when I started mine a few years back, a good thesis is a finished one.

Well done! The last two words of my thesis were “infinitely many”. You win.

Well done for finishing it, but did you have to give away the ending before we’ve all had a chance to read it?

Excellent news, and well done.
Although I think you needed some extra punctuation at the very end there, possibly “!!???!!”.

“epistemological lunacy”.
I was listening to that the other day.
Side 3, track 2 of Emerson Lake and Palmer’s 1975 double-live ‘Masticating Harridans In The Cosmos Of Heedlessness’.
When you get to the change of time signature eighteen minutes in, the keyboard solo really takes off.

(It’s in quotes because it’s a quote from somewhere else – the last *original* words are too dull to quote.)

Thankyou everyone!
Apologies for my long absence. It started with celebrating my completed thesis and turned into a sort of digital-holiday (that’s a holiday from the digital world, not some kind of extended stay in Second Life). I’m back now though and will hopefully return to semi-regular posting.
Much has happened, and there’s much to say about it all.

I suspect, PMM, that I’d use Bowie’s The Voyeur Of Utter Destruction as the soundtrack… or perhaps Panic in Detroit
